Csihar
Csihar is a Hungarian surname. It is most notably borne by Attila Csihar (born 1970), a Hungarian vocalist recognized for his work in extreme metal. Csihar rose to prominence as the frontman of the black metal band Mayhem, joining in the early 1990s and performing on influential recordings from the group, including the well-known album De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas. Before joining Mayhem, he performed with the Hungarian extreme metal band Tormentor, contributing to Hungary’s early black metal output.
