Computerkomponenter are the individual parts that make up a computer system. These components work together to process data, store information, and interact with the user. The central processing unit, or CPU, is often referred to as the brain of the computer, responsible for executing instructions. Random access memory, or RAM, is a temporary storage space that the CPU uses to quickly access data for active programs.

Storage devices, such as hard disk drives (HDDs) and solid-state drives (SSDs), are used for long-term storage of the operating system, applications, and user files. The motherboard acts as the main circuit board, connecting all the other components and allowing them to communicate. A graphics processing unit, or GPU, is specialized for rendering images and video, crucial for gaming and visual applications.

Power supply units (PSUs) provide electrical power to all the components. Input devices like keyboards and mice allow users to interact with the computer, while output devices such as monitors and speakers display information and sound. Cases protect the internal components and provide mounting points. Each component plays a vital role in the overall functionality of a computer.
