Cocquio
Cocquio is a former municipality in the province of Varese, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. It is now part of the larger municipality of Cocquio-Trevisago. Located in the foothills of the Alps, the area has a history dating back to Roman times. Evidence of ancient settlements has been found in the vicinity.
