Churchlands

Churchlands is a residential suburb in the northern part of Perth, Western Australia. It lies within the Perth metropolitan area and is situated a short distance northwest of the central business district. The suburb is characterized by leafy streets, comparatively large residential lots, and a mix of established homes and newer builds. It is bordered by Herdsman Lake to the southwest and is adjacent to suburbs that include Wembley and Floreat.

The area began to develop in the mid-20th century as Perth expanded northward following World War II.

Churchlands is home to Churchlands Senior High School, a major public secondary school, along with Churchlands

Public transport is provided by Transperth bus services connecting to nearby commercial centers and rail lines.

neighborhood
with

character.

homes.
