Chlöe Bailey, known professionally as Chlöe (stylized with an umlaut over the o), is an American singer and actress born July 1, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia. She is best known as a member of the R&B duo Chloe x Halle, formed with her sister Halle Bailey. The sisters rose to prominence posting covers on YouTube and were discovered by Beyoncé in 2011, which led to signing with Parkwood Entertainment and the release of The Kids Are Alright (2018) and Ungodly Hour (2020). The duo received critical praise for their harmonies and contemporary production, earning several award nominations, including Best New Artist at the Grammys.

Beginning in 2021, Chlöe began releasing music as a solo artist under the stylized name Chlöe.
