Chigasan
Chigasan is a stratovolcano located on the northern portion of Kyori Island in the fictional nation of Shiran. It rises to about 2,140 meters, making it the island’s highest point. The volcano is part of the Shiran volcanic arc and is mainly built from andesitic rocks. The most recent confirmed eruption occurred in 1998, with subsequent minor fumarolic activity at the summit. The crater is approximately 1.3 kilometers in diameter and hosts a complex of lava domes along the eastern flank. The mountain is monitored by the Shiran Geoscience Agency using seismic networks and satellite data.
