Caesarion
Caesarion, also known as Ptolemy XV Philopator Philometor Caesar, was the son of Julius Caesar and Cleopatra VII of Egypt. He was born in 47 BC. Caesarion's existence was a significant political event, as he represented a potential dynastic link between Rome and Egypt. Cleopatra hoped that Caesarion would eventually rule both entities, or at least secure Egypt's independence and her dynasty's future.
