CTEtä is a term that appears to be a misspelling or a less common transliteration. The standard and widely recognized term is CTET, which stands for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test. CTET is a national-level examination in India conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Its primary purpose is to assess the eligibility of candidates to teach in government schools across India, from Class I to Class VIII.

The examination is designed to evaluate a candidate's understanding of child pedagogy, teaching methodologies, subject-specific knowledge, and general aptitude. CTET comprises two papers.
