CCDCOE
The Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence, often abbreviated as CCDCOE, is a NATO-accredited cyber defence institution based in Tallinn, Estonia. It was established in 2008 by Estonia and Latvia, and has since grown to include many other contributing nations. The primary mission of CCDCOE is to enhance the cyber defence capabilities of NATO member nations through research, education, and exercises.
