Bühnenteams are the operational backbone of theatrical productions, concerts, and other live events, responsible for the physical realization of the stage and its elements. These teams work behind the scenes to ensure that the vision of the director, designers, and performers is brought to life safely and efficiently. Stagehands, often referred to as crew members, are the general laborers who move sets, props, and equipment during performances and rehearsals. Technicians are crucial for operating complex technical systems. This group includes lighting technicians who manage the stage lighting, sound technicians who operate the sound system, and automation technicians who control moving set pieces or special effects.
