Brunnian

Brunnian refers to a concept or philosophy associated with the philosopher Giordano Bruno. While Bruno's ideas were diverse and encompassed elements of Neoplatonism, Hermeticism, and atomism, the term "Brunnian" often highlights his radical cosmological views. He is most famous for advocating for an infinite universe, with countless stars and planets, and proposing that the sun was merely a star and Earth a planet like any other. This stood in stark contrast to the prevailing geocentric and finite universe models of his time.
