Brasills are a fictional species that appear in the speculative evolution project "Xenotheria". They are described as semi-aquatic, herbivorous mammals originating from a planet with a high concentration of methane in its atmosphere and a significantly larger moon than Earth. The Brasills are characterized by their robust, barrel-shaped bodies, short, powerful limbs, and broad, paddle-like feet. Their skin is thick and leathery, providing protection from the elements and potentially from predators. A distinctive feature is their large, bulbous snout, which is believed to house specialized olfactory organs adapted to detect food sources underwater and in the dense atmospheric conditions.
Their diet consists primarily of aquatic vegetation, which they gather using their prehensile lips. Brasills are
