Brahdeina is a fictional species of humanoid alien lifeform originating from the science fiction universe created by the late author H. P. Lovecraft. The concept of Brahdeina was introduced in Lovecraft’s 1927 short story *"The Whisperer in Darkness"*, where they appear as a race of intelligent, amphibious beings inhabiting a subterranean realm beneath the Earth’s surface.

In the story, Brahdeina are described as tall, gaunt humanoids with elongated limbs, webbed hands, and a pale, almost translucent skin. Their most striking feature is their large, bulbous heads, which house oversized brains and elongated, slit-like eyes. They possess a form of telepathy and communicate through a complex mental language, though they can also speak in a guttural, hissing voice.
