Blönduós

Blönduós is a town located in the northern part of Iceland, situated at the mouth of the river Blanda where it empties into Húnaflói bay. It is the largest settlement in the Húnaþing vestra municipality. The town is a significant hub for trade and services in the region, serving the surrounding agricultural areas.
