Bläckförsörjning

Bläckförsörjning refers to the system or method by which ink is delivered to the printing device in various printing technologies. This is a crucial component for the functionality of printers, ensuring a continuous and consistent flow of ink for image formation. The specific mechanisms of bläckförsörjning vary significantly depending on the type of printer.

In inkjet printers, bläckförsörjning typically involves ink cartridges or ink tanks that hold liquid ink. This ink is then propelled through tiny nozzles onto the printing medium. The design of the ink delivery system in inkjet printers focuses on precise control of ink droplet size and placement.

Laser printers, on the other hand, use a different approach. Bläckförsörjning here involves toner, a dry powder composed of plastic particles, pigment, and a carrier agent. The toner is stored in a toner cartridge and is electrostatically attracted to a charged drum, which then transfers the toner to the paper before it is fused by heat.

For printing presses, especially in commercial printing, bläckförsörjning is a more complex system. It involves large ink reservoirs, pumps, pipes, and rollers that distribute the ink evenly across the printing plates.
