Blessington

Blessington is a town and civil parish in County Wicklow, Ireland. It lies on the western side of the Wicklow Mountains, about 30 kilometers southwest of Dublin, and is situated near the River Liffey. The town is adjacent to the Poulaphouca Reservoir, commonly known as Blessington Lake, created by the Poulaphouca Dam on the River Liffey. The reservoir provides recreation and is part of Dublin's water supply network.
