Biohybridism
Biohybridism is a field of study and development that focuses on the integration of biological components with non-biological or artificial systems. This interdisciplinary approach draws from biology, engineering, materials science, and computer science to create novel devices, materials, and functionalities that leverage the unique properties of living organisms. The goal is to combine the advantages of biological systems, such as self-assembly, adaptability, and inherent complexity, with the control, durability, and processing power of engineered systems.
Applications of biohybridism are diverse and rapidly expanding. In medicine, biohybrid devices can include engineered tissues
