Biaslamak

Biaslamak is a Turkish verb meaning to bias, to tilt, or to skew. It is a loanword from English bias, formed with the Turkish infinitive suffix -lamak. The term refers to actions or processes that introduce a systematic preference or distortion into data, judgments, or outcomes, whether intentional or not. In usage, biaslamak appears in academic, statistical, media, and everyday language to describe situations where results or conclusions are unfairly influenced by preconceptions, sampling choices, or methodological design.
