Beruházói

Beruházói is a Hungarian adjective formed from the noun beruházó (investor, developer) with the suffix -i. It is used to express relation to investment or to the investor, rather than to the investment itself. The term appears in economic, legal and real estate contexts to describe actions, rights, obligations or positions associated with the investor.

The distinction between beruházói and beruházási is important. Beruházási relates to investment as a process or object, for example beruházási költség (capital expenditure) or beruházási projekt (investment project). Beruházói, by contrast, modifies nouns to indicate an investor-related aspect, such as beruházói döntés (decision by the investor), beruházói oldal (the investor’s side), or beruházói jogok (investor rights).

In practice, beruházói is commonly used when discussing roles in project development, financing, governance or risk allocation. For example, a beruházói döntés refers to a choice made by the investor or developer that shapes project implementation. In public procurement and contract language, beruházói obligations or beruházói interests may appear to specify the investor’s responsibilities or claims.

While beruházó names the actor, beruházói describes attributes or actions connected to that actor.
