Befolyatós

Befolyatós is a small village located in the Győr-Moson-Sopron county of western Hungary. The village has a population of around 140 people and covers an area of 3.39 square kilometers.

Geography and Climate

The village of Befolyatós is situated in the flat plain of the Danube-Sopron mountain foreland, approximately 12 kilometers west of the city of Csorna. History

Befolyatós has a long history dating back to the 12th century. The village was part of the Kingdom of Hungary and later became part of the Habsburg Empire. After World War II, the village remained in Hungary and was part of the Soviet Union's sphere of influence. Today, Befolyatós is an independent village within the Győr-Moson-Sopron county.
