Becquerelleilla
Becquerelleilla is a genus of gram-negative, obligately anaerobic bacteria belonging to the family Tannerellaceae. First described in 2017, the genus currently contains a single species, Becquerelleilla tructa. These bacteria are typically found in the gastrointestinal tract of vertebrates, with initial isolation from the cecum of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss).
Morphologically, Becquerelleilla are rod-shaped and motile. They are chemoorganotrophic and exhibit fermentation as their primary mode
The classification of Becquerelleilla within the Tannerellaceae family places it alongside other genera known to inhabit
