BLTo

BLTo, also referred to as Broadcast L To, is a Japanese internet protocol designed for peer-to-peer file sharing and communications over broadcast networks. Developed by I2DD, a Japanese company, BLTo gained popularity in the early 2000s as a method for users to exchange files and conduct online discussions.
