BCRassociated refers to genes, proteins, or other biological entities that are functionally or physically linked to the BCR gene or its product, the BCR protein. The BCR gene, also known as breakpoint cluster region, is a gene that plays a role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Mutations or rearrangements involving the BCR gene are implicated in certain cancers, most notably chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and some forms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), where it forms the Philadelphia chromosome.

BCRassociated entities can encompass a wide range of biological molecules. For instance, proteins that interact directly with the BCR protein are considered BCRassociated.
