Athenodoros
Athenodoros was a prominent Stoic philosopher who lived from circa 74 BC to AD 7. He was a native of the city of Tarsus in Cilicia. Athenodoros was a student of Posidonius and became a highly influential figure in the Stoic school, even teaching Emperor Augustus.
