Arvoparametri

Arvoparametri, also known as value parameters, are a concept in computer science and programming that refer to the passing of values to functions or methods. When a value parameter is used, a copy of the actual parameter's value is made and passed to the function. This means that any modifications made to the parameter within the function do not affect the original variable outside the function. Value parameters are commonly used in languages like C, C++, and Java, where they are the default method of passing arguments to functions. They are efficient for small data types and simple operations, but can be less efficient for larger data structures, as they require additional memory allocation and copying. In contrast to value parameters, reference parameters pass the memory address of the actual parameter, allowing the function to directly modify the original variable.
