Arvioarvojen
Arvioarvojen is a concept originating from Finnish language and culture, often translated as "estimated values" or "assessment values." It refers to the officially determined monetary worth of real estate properties for taxation purposes. These values are not necessarily the same as the market value, which is what a property might sell for on the open market. Instead, arvioarvojen are calculated based on a standardized methodology and are used by municipalities and the state to levy property taxes.
The assessment values are periodically updated to reflect changes in property values and the real estate market.
