Arbejdstilsynets

Arbejdstilsynet is the Danish Working Environment Authority. It is a governmental agency responsible for enforcing and supervising compliance with Danish legislation on working environment and occupational health and safety. Arbejdstilsynet's primary role is to ensure that employers provide a safe and healthy workplace for their employees, thereby preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases.

The agency carries out its duties through a variety of means. These include conducting inspections of workplaces across all sectors, providing guidance and information to employers and employees, and investigating complaints and accidents.
