ApShe

ApShe is an all-Russian internet coalition formed in 2015. The group's primary objective is to combat the ever-increasing level of cyber threats and cyber-related crimes faced by Russia and its citizens. The coalition comprises of associations of internet service providers, college and university networks, and networks from various large Russian companies.

ApShe emphasizes the importance of promoting cybersecurity awareness, harmonizing security practices among the participating organizations, and coordinating extensive protection mechanisms against advanced threats. Through collective efforts, the coalition facilitates secure information exchange among its members and conducts joint research focusing on cybersecurity challenges specific to Russia.

Operating on a voluntary membership basis, ApShe does not dictate strict security policies but rather serves as a starting point for cooperation among its members. Decisions regarding policy implementation and standards originate from discussions and consensus among participant networks and organizations.
