AntiTumorAktivität refers to the ability of a substance or treatment to inhibit the growth or induce the death of tumor cells. This concept is central to oncology and the development of cancer therapies. It encompasses a broad range of mechanisms by which cancer can be targeted.

In the context of drug development, substances exhibiting anti-tumor activity are screened for their potential as chemotherapeutic agents. These substances can be naturally occurring compounds, synthetic molecules, or biological agents like antibodies.
