Antennisüsteemid, often translated as antenna systems, refer to the complete arrangement of antennas, transmission lines, and any associated components used to transmit or receive radio waves. A fundamental part of wireless communication, these systems are designed to efficiently convert electrical signals into electromagnetic waves for transmission or to convert incoming electromagnetic waves back into electrical signals for reception.

The core component of any antennisüsteem is the antenna itself. Antennas come in a vast array of shapes and sizes, each optimized for specific frequencies, radiation patterns, and applications. Examples include dipole antennas, which are simple wire antennas, yagi-Uda antennas, commonly used for television reception, and parabolic dish antennas, used for satellite communication and radio astronomy.
