Amoghavarsha
Amoghavarsha I, also known as Amoghavarsha Nrupathunga I, was a ruler of the Rashtrakuta dynasty who governed in the Deccan region of India. His reign is traditionally dated to around 814 to 878 CE, and he ruled from the capital of Manyakheta (modern-day Horme or Malkhed in Karnataka). He succeeded his father Krishna II and presided over a long, comparatively peaceful period in Rashtrakuta history, marked by administrative continuity and cultural patronage.
