Allergéninformáció refers to the details provided about the presence of allergens in food products. This information is crucial for individuals who suffer from food allergies or intolerances, allowing them to make safe and informed purchasing decisions. Regulatory bodies worldwide mandate the clear labeling of common allergens to protect consumer health.

In the European Union, for example, Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 outlines seventeen substances or groups of substances that are considered major allergens and must be declared on food labels.
