Aikayksiköiden refers to units of time in the Finnish language. These units are essential for measuring durations, scheduling events, and understanding the passage of time. The most common and fundamental aikayksikkö is the sekunti, or second. Building upon the second are larger units. A minute, called minuutti, consists of sixty seconds.
