Agawspeaking
Agawspeaking refers to communities and individuals who speak any of the Agaw languages, a cluster within the Cushitic branch of the Afroasiatic language family. The term also covers the linguistic features shared by these languages and the cultural practices associated with their speakers. Agaw-speaking populations are concentrated in northern Ethiopia and Eritrea, with smaller communities in the Ethiopian highlands and in diaspora communities abroad.
