Adjektiivimääriteet
Adjektiivimääriteet, or adjectival modifiers, are words or phrases that describe or qualify nouns in Finnish. They typically answer questions like "minkälainen?" (what kind?), "kenen?" (whose?), or "kuinka mones?" (which one?). The most common type of adjektiivimäärite is an adjective, which agrees in number, case, and sometimes possessive suffix with the noun it modifies. For example, "kaunis talo" (beautiful house) becomes "kauniit talot" (beautiful houses) in the plural.
