Acusilaus
Acusilaus was an early Greek historian and logographer who lived in the late 6th and early 5th centuries BCE. He was a native of Argos, a city with a long and storied past in the Peloponnese. Acusilaus is primarily known for his genealogical work, which aimed to trace the origins of prominent families and heroes back to the gods of Greek mythology.
