Accusativedirectional
Accusativedirectional is a theoretical term used in linguistic typology to describe a proposed system in which the direct-object marking (accusative) and directional information about the action are integrated into a single morphosyntactic package. In accusativedirectional systems, information about the object’s role in the sentence and the path of the event would be signaled together, rather than by separate spatial adpositions or adverbs.
