Abloh
Abloh was an American designer, entrepreneur, and artist best known for founding the fashion label Off-White and for serving as the artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s men’s wear. Born in 1980 in Rockford, Illinois, he studied civil engineering at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, earning a BS in 2002, and architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he earned a Master of Architecture. After working in design and connecting with Kanye West, he pursued fashion projects and, in 2012, founded Off-White in Milan. The brand gained prominence for its use of quotation marks, zip ties, and industrial-inspired graphics and grew into a global label with a range of collaborations.
