Abbotsford

Abbotsford is a city located in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, Canada. It is the largest municipality by population in the Fraser Valley and the third-largest in British Columbia after Vancouver and Surrey. Abbotsford is situated approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles) east of Vancouver.

The city's economy is diverse, with significant contributions from agriculture, manufacturing, and retail sectors. The Sumas Prairie, a fertile agricultural area, is a key feature of the region, producing a variety of crops and supporting a strong dairy industry.
