Abblockkondensators
An Abblockkondensator, also known as a blocking capacitor or DC blocking capacitor, is an electronic component used to block direct current (DC) while allowing alternating current (AC) to pass through. It is commonly used in various electronic circuits to separate DC and AC signals. The capacitor consists of two conductive plates separated by an insulating material, known as the dielectric. When a DC voltage is applied across the capacitor, it charges up and blocks the DC signal. However, when an AC signal is applied, the capacitor charges and discharges rapidly, allowing the AC signal to pass through. Abblockkondensators are widely used in audio circuits, signal processing, and power supply filtering to isolate DC components from AC signals. They are available in various sizes, voltages, and capacitance values to suit different applications.
