The A465 is a major road in south Wales, United Kingdom, designated as part of the trunk road network. It is commonly known as the Heads of the Valleys Road and serves as a principal north–south corridor through the South Wales Valleys, linking the Abergavenny area with routes to the north and west.

The route traverses several Welsh counties and runs through a string of valleys formed by historic industrial activity in the region. It provides a vital link between communities in the Monmouthshire and Blaenau Gwent areas and connects with other national and regional routes that facilitate access to the broader Welsh road network.
