The Boeing 707F is a freighter variant of the successful Boeing 707 narrow-body jetliner. Developed from the original 707 passenger aircraft, the 'F' designation signifies its cargo-carrying capability. These aircraft were primarily used for the transportation of goods and were distinguished by their large cargo doors and reinforced floors.

The 707F was adapted from existing 707 airframes, often starting life as passenger or convertible passenger-freighter models before being converted to a dedicated freighter configuration. This involved removing passenger seating and installing a larger main deck cargo door, typically on the forward fuselage. The structure of the aircraft was also strengthened to accommodate the heavier payloads of freight.

Several sub-variants of the 707F existed, including those based on the 707-320C and 707-120B models.
