Üledékáramlás

Üledékáramlás, also known as sediment transport, is the movement of solid particles by flow or currents, or by the process of gravity. This process is fundamental to the formation and evolution of landscapes and geological formations. Sediment can be transported in various ways, including suspension, saltation, and bedload. Suspension occurs when particles are light enough to be carried along within the water or air. Saltation involves particles bouncing along the surface, while bedload refers to larger particles that roll or slide along the bottom of a stream or riverbed.
