Ávila
Ávila is a city in Spain, the capital of the province of Ávila in the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is located in the central part of the Iberian Peninsula, at an elevation of 1,130 meters (3,710 feet) above sea level, making it one of the highest provincial capitals in Spain. The city is famous for its exceptionally well-preserved medieval city walls, which encircle the old town.
