A vetésgép, also known as a seed drill or planter, is an agricultural implement used for sowing seeds in the soil. It is designed to deposit seeds at a precise depth and spacing, ensuring optimal germination and plant growth. Early forms of seed drills were developed in the 18th century, revolutionizing agriculture by improving efficiency and yield compared to broadcasting seeds by hand.
