In modern Turkish, the verb meaning “to give” is vermek, with the infinitive formed as vermek. The appearance of veremek is generally regarded as nonstandard, archaic, or the result of misspelling rather than a recognized lexical item.

Etymology and attestation: Veremek would be conceptually related to the root ver-, meaning “to give,” combined with the common infinitive suffix -mek.
