variemos

Variemos is the first-person plural form of the present subjunctive of the Spanish verb variar (to vary). It is used in clauses that express wishes, doubts, possibilities, recommendations, or in exhortative constructions involving the group including the speaker. The form is regular for an -ar verb and is formed by taking the root vari- and adding the -emos ending appropriate for the nosotros/nosotras subject in the present subjunctive.

It

from
variamos,
the
present
indicative
form
(we
vary)
and
from

in
regional
speech
that
might
use
alternative
constructions
to
express
a
similar
idea.
