valituslupaa
Valituslupaa is a term used in Finnish legal proceedings. It translates to "leave to appeal" or "permission to appeal" in English. This concept applies to situations where a party wishes to appeal a decision made by a lower court to a higher court. Not all decisions are automatically appealable.
