Tööandjateks is the translative form of the Estonian noun tööandja (employer) and is used to express the role or identity of someone or something as “employers” or “as employers.” In Estonian grammar, the translative case (-ks) marks a change of state or designation, often after verbs of becoming or designation, such as saama or muutuma. Examples include ta sai tööandjateks and ettevõtte omanikud said tööandjateks.
