Synsrecept, also spelled synrecept in Swedish, is a vision prescription issued by an optician or ophthalmologist in Swedish-speaking contexts. It documents the corrective lenses or contact lenses needed to achieve adequate visual acuity and comfort. The term is commonly used for the formal documentation required to purchase eyeglasses, contact lenses, or other vision aids.

A synsrecept typically includes identifying information about the patient, the date, and the issuing professional. It specifies the lens power and characteristics, usually in terms of sphere (S), cylinder (C), and axis (A) for astigmatism, and may also include an addition power (ADD) for reading or progressive lenses.
